Megoldás: (registry 'hack') a registrybe kell a következőket módosítani letölthető itt.

  7. Mikor újra csatlakoztatjuk a Wi-Fi hálózatot
    A jelszó beírása után meg kell adni, hogy Engedélyezi hogy más észlelhesse
    [Yes/Igen]= Otthoni vagy munkahelyi hálózat --- [No/Nem]= Nyilvános hálózat

Dell E640 TPM 1.2 install és aktiválás windows 10 alatt:

telepítéskor a BIOS-ban a TPM ki legyen kapcsolva, aztán UEFI install

utána BIOS-ban be kell kapcsolni a TPM-et

aztán administratori power shell paracsok jönnek link:
